Issues to be Considered by Students Who Will Apply for a Minor Program


1. Applications can be made at the beginning of the 3rd semester at the earliest and the 6th semester at the latest in the major undergraduate program.

2. In order for the student to apply for the minor program, until the semester he/she applies:

       - To have successfully completed all the courses taken in the major undergraduate program,

       - At the time of application, the general academic average must be at least 2.75.

3. Students who meet the conditions apply to the faculty/school/conservatory that opened the minor program within the period specified in the academic calendar with their petition and transcript stating that they want to continue the minor program. After the applications are evaluated by the relevant department, the admission of students up to the announced quota becomes final with the decision of the relevant administrative board.

Along with the photocopy of the annexes of the decision, the faculty/school/conservatory that opened the minor program is notified to the faculty/school/conservatory to which the student is affiliated and to the Registrar's Office.
